“The construction right below our room until after 9:30pm was aweful. I'm surprised we weren't at least placed in a room further from the construction. Hot tub was brown, not at all like the photos. The room was clean so that met expectations.”

“Very nice property and setting. Nice room amenities and bed. If your room is close to the kitchen it is very noisy. The breakfast needs improvement. Same or slightly lower quality than Holiday Inn breakfast.”

“This is one of the best country inns we ever tried: charming, cozy and friendly. The atmosphere is authentic and warm, as are the owners. The country and the woods surrounding are great, even the breakfast is excellent! We loved the room and also the sitting room, full of beautiful books.”

“Only issue is there was nowhere to hang anything and the room was very small. Room was clean, comfortable and bathroom was well-appointed. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and super easy access to Mt. Snow. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“It's clear the owners are refurbishing this motel right off I-91 in Putney, VT. The bathrooms are freshly tiles, wooden floors replace wall to wall carpet, new lighting and thermo pane sliding doors. If you need a bed on a long drive, support these folks. Putney Food Coop is just up the road for great coffee and a wide choice of food.”

“Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. ”

“We love the Equinox. We usually stay here during ski season. Always looking forward to rest after a long day of ski. Amenities are amazing, the restaurant and bar are great to eat and hangout. ”
